The God-Man has came

There are many Jewish people that are looking for the Messiah. They believe that he hasn't arrived, yet on this earth. And there are Jewish people that believed the Messiah has already came.
If a person reads the Hebrew Scriptures and that person will read about the future Messiah. Then that person needs to read the Gospels. Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament.
The Messiah has arrived. I suggest that everyone should research this topic. Jesus is for the Jewish person and the non-Jewish person.

Hebrews 5:7-10

During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him 10 and was designated by God to be high priest in the order of Melchizedek.

The Chosen One

When a person reads the Hebrew Scriptures in the sections of Pentateuch, where the high priests receive a special honor. The title of a high priest was meant “the anointed priest.”
When we look at the "title of the Christ" are reunited the two testimonies of which follows.
He is the Anointed King. Psalm 2:7 says, "I will proclaim the Lord’s decree:
He said to me, “You are my son; today I have become your father.
The Messiah is address by God as His Son. Hebrews 1:2 says, "
but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe." Hebrews 1:4-5 says, "So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs.  For to which of the angels did God ever say, 'You are my Son; today I have become your Father'? Or again, 'I will be his Father, and he will be my Son?"
The same God He addressed as a Priest forever  after the order of one who was both priest and king.
Psalm 110:4 says, " The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind:
“You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.”
We need to read Hebrews 1:13, "  To which of the angels did God ever say, “Sit at my right hand
until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet?"
The king of Israel was the type of the Son of David; and in the consecrated people, who, had they been faithful, would have remained the representatives of all nations before God, was dimly foreshadowed the Anointed Priest.

Hebrews 5:5-6

In the same way, Christ did not take on himself the glory of becoming a high priest. But God said to him,
“You are my Son;
today I have become your Father.”
And he says in another place,
“You are a priest forever,
    in the order of Melchizedek.”

Christ is the key

There were high priests in the Hebrew Scriptures, the system had forgiveness of sins on credit. The high priests and the people were in sin debt but Christ will and would take away all sins and he paid for the debt.
The high priests could never take away the sins of the people by dying on the cross and conquering death.
Jesus is God and only he can save.

Hebrews 5:1-4

Every high priest is selected from among the people and is appointed to represent the people in matters related to God, to offer gifts and sacrifices for sins. He is able to deal gently with those who are ignorant and are going astray, since he himself is subject to weakness. This is why he has to offer sacrifices for his own sins, as well as for the sins of the people. And no one takes this honor on himself, but he receives it when called by God, just as Aaron was.

People don't understand me

They are many times when I say this: "No one understands me." This was a true statement until I had an relationship with the Lord Jesus.
I love the book of Hebrews, it was written for the Jews but non-Jews can learn and grow in the Lord.
The high priest sacrificed animals for the people for forgiveness of sins but there were an issue.
The high priest had to sacrificed animals for their own sins.
God the Father solved this problem in the Lord Jesus. He is a great High Priest but he did one thing that other high priests didn't do. He was perfect and he never sinned because Jesus is God the Son.
He was tempted by every sin that we are tempted in but he never sinned.
Jesus knows that man will struggle with sin but he overcame sin. He lived a perfect life and he died on the cross as the Perfect Lamb of God. He conquered death on the third day.
People may not understand me but God understand me.
We can have an relationship with Him, if you desire an relationship then you can repent from your sins and believe.

Hebrews 4:15-16

15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. 16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Hold on tight

The book of Hebrews were written to the Jewish believers in Jesus. Jesus was the fulfillment of the Old Testament law.
Jesus is the great high priest from the order of  Melchizedek and that is higher than the Levi priesthood.
Since, Jesus is the Messiah, he lived a perfect life because only God is perfect. You can gather this information in Psalm 110, if you want extra credit.
He became the perfect sacrifice for mankind. The animal sacrifices were like using a credit card to pay for a item, it would pay for the item but there is still debt.
Jesus death on the the cross and the resurrection brought victory over sins. Jesus came back to life and then he went back to heaven.
Jesus conquered the power of sin and death. The issues of life always goes back to sin and death but Jesus has overcame these issues, so the Jews can be made right before God the Father.
I have good news that non-Jews can be made right before the Lord, too.

Hebrews 4:14

Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.
