Do we take warning very well?

If we get a warning, do we listen to it? I think that every human being is stubborn and many times, we suffer. If a boss warns you about something we must listen. We listen because we need a job.
The issue is that God warns mankind about sin and judgement but most people do not listen.
The Bible is clear about many issues but we refuse to understand the issues of homosexuality, sex outside of marriage and abortion.
Mankind always have been evil. God warned the earth about judgement but people loved sin more than God. Noah was the only man that listened to God and his family followed Noah.
Noah knew that God would flood the earth with water so Noah built on Ark.
Noah either could followed the world and enjoyed sin then he would never built the ark or he could have followed the Lord. He followed the Lord.
You can either follow the world and the desire for sin or Jesus. The sad news is that the governments, companies and people love sin so the world are reap for judgement.
We must repent from our sins because we deserve punishment and hell. But Jesus is the mercy that we need to become a child of God and enter heaven.

 

Hebrews 11:7

 By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.
